The Southern Arizona Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) recently held its annual IMPACT Awards ceremony, celebrating the accomplishments of public relations professionals in our community.

Keynote Speaker Tony Ford, CEO of Darc Fusion, shared with attendees the importance of sharing Tucson’s stories.

This year’s entries were reviewed and judged by a panel of public relations professionals from the Thoroughbred PRSA chapter on their execution of research, planning, implementation and results.

Best-in-Show award was given to SCRAM Systems for “Boos & Booze: The Scary Truth About Halloween & Drinking” with contributions from Fathom Creative Group and eMarketing Bull

The SCRAM Systems Boos & Booze campaign is a PSA campaign designed to supplement anti-drunk driving campaigns such as National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s ongoing “Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over” message, and increase awareness throughout the general population to the risks of alcohol abuse and misuse over the Halloween holiday.
