Do you feel stuck when it comes to creating a communications or marketing plan? Are you frantically throwing spaghetti at a wall, trying to see what messages stick? There’s another – a better – way!
Learn about each element of PRSA’s Research, Planning, Implementation, Evaluation (RPIE) model to help you create strategic and well-thought out communications plans every time.
- Research: What research do you need to do before you create your PR plan?
- Planning: What questions do you need to answer to create a solid plan? What goals, strategies, objectives and tactics should you consider?
- Implementation: If you’re trying to get from Point A to Point B, what does Point B look like? How will you get there? And how do you stay on track?
- Evaluation: What should you measure before and after implementation? How can you measure it?
You will leave with planning templates and worksheets you can use to immediately put RPIE into action for your business, organization or client.
And, as a bonus, your projects with well-documented research, planning, implementation and evaluation components are GREAT candidates for the PRSA Southern Arizona IMPACT Awards and the PRSA National Anvil Awards! Get recognized for your smart work!
