PRSA Southern Arizona Announces 2025 IMPACT Awards Winners
Gordley Group and its founder were awarded top honors

TUCSON, ARIZONA (OCTOBER 23, 2025): The Southern Arizona chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) has announced the winners of its 2025 IMPACT Awards for Excellence in Public Relations, which recognize the outstanding efforts of public relations and communications projects and professionals across the region. The 2025 IMPACT Awards ceremony took place October 16 at Catalyst Creative Collective in Tucson, and honored 11 organizations with a total of 21 awards.
The year’s top individual honor, the Career Impact Award, went to Jan Gordley, founder and former president of the Tucson marketing, advertising and community relations agency Gordley Group, which she ran successfully for 34 years, and for which she now serves as senior advisor. Adamari Juarez, Gordley Group’s community relations planner, was named PR Rookie of the Year. The 2025 PR Professional of the Year award winner is Laura Kruszewski, MBA, APR, senior marketing manager for Intentional Life Media, and who has served for the past two years as chapter president of PRSA Southern Arizona.
Gordley Group was awarded this year’s Best in Show Award, for having the highest scoring submission for its “Know Where to Throw” campaign and web tool for Tucson Environmental Services, a consumer guide for disposing of trash, recycling items, and compost. Gordley Group also received five category awards, the largest number won by one company or organization this year.
